On youtube, enter "Neil Young Old Man Live at the BBC". Your beginning chord is way off; and the middle parts are somewhat off too (see from about the 1:50 mark on the BBC video). It clearly shows the chords as played by Neil himself. Keep up the good work though, as I'm certainly not perfect and your videos are helpful filling in some holes for me.
