Hey man, I just came across your site, and first off…I think it’s really great that you would take the time out of your life to help people like me (and countless others) learn to play guitar.

So, I just started (like this week) learning to play guitar (acoustic) and was wondering (Stupid question alert) If the “Hammer on” thing, and most of the other stuff you were talking about can be used for an acoustic guitar….I tired, and it sounds like…..well, not so good.

Anyways, get back at me when you get the chance to, I really wanna learn to play this song…I’ve always loved it.

@aaron, I think you probably need flash version 9 installed.

@Jay, thanks for the kind words. As far as your hammerons and pulloffs, you can certainly use those techniques on an acoustic guitar. They may be slightly harder for a beginning player because the strings are usually harder to press down on an acoustic with steel strings. Keep practicing! has your playing improved?
